Planning for Advanced Directives

Synopsis:

At this presentation, Adair will discuss wills, trusts, probate avoidance, and nursing home planning.  The presentation will also include a review of how the Christian version of the power of attorney for health care differs from a typical Indiana form.

Speaker:

Heidi Adair is an attorney who is certified as an Estate Planning & Administration Specialist by the Indiana State Bar Estate Planning and Administration Specialty Certification Board, and has a BA and JD from Indiana University.

Heidi Adair is an attorney who is certified as an Estate Planning & Administration Specialist by the Indiana State Bar Estate Planning and Administration Specialty Certification Board.  She regularly advises clients regarding the management and protection of assets through the use of advanced estate planning and elder law planning techniques after helping them to identify their individual goals and objectives and has counseled numerous families regarding wills, revocable living trusts, and the funding of those trusts, Medicaid and nursing home expense planning, guardianships, powers of attorney, living wills, and the probate administration process.  She routinely speaks to a variety of groups and associations on the issues of estate planning and elder law.  Adair has a BA and JD from Indiana University.
